Goat Taste Tests

Hi mamas,
This week in The Schoolhouse students participated in many multi-sensory experiences, including all things from a goat taste tests! ❤️🐐

These taste tests included tasting goat’s milk, sampling different flavors of goat cheeses, and making homemade goat’s milk ice cream! 🥛🧀🍦

By far the goat’s milk ice cream was the favorite over all, naming it the G.O.A.T (Greatest of all time) in Schoolhouse taste tests! 🍦🥇

Students also enjoyed a sampling of goat cheese flavors. The tied favorites were garlic & herb and blueberry & vanilla. 🧀

The goat’s milk had mixed reviews from students. Some felt it was too strong of a taste, while others loved it.

Regardless, the tastings were a success giving students a multi-sensory opportunity to taste all things from a goat while reading & writing about the many health benefits of goat’s milk! ❤️🐐
